In the twenty first century, with the continuous progress of society and technology, AI and human life are more and more closely linked, AI devices have entered into thousands of households, become a part of our families. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the impact of AI on people. This paper will focus on the application of AI in family life and discuss the two sides of its development.

AI home appliances have been quite a scene, but artificial intelligence itself is actually a very general statement, AI is a branch of computer science, it attempts to understand the essence of intelligence, a new kind of intelligent machine which can respond in the same way as human intelligence is produced. The research in this field includes robot, language recognition, image recognition, natural language processing and expert system, etc. . Applications in everyday life can be understood as consumer market applications. Consumer AI products can be divided into several major categories, the first is machine vision, which includes object recognition and scene recognition. This can be applied to face recognition, fingerprint recognition and other password security applications. Second, the more common such as intelligent speech interaction, including speech recognition, semantic understanding and speech synthesis. Like smart speakers, smart housekeepers use voice recognition to pick up tasks and perform them by verbal command. Siri, on the other hand, is an AI that can understand semantics, analyze and process statements, and do machine learning.

As an advanced modern technology, the application of AI technology to our work and life has had a great impact. In real life, from Smart TV, smart phone, to intelligent machine expert system, is an application of AI technology, people's life is increasingly inseparable from these high-tech products. Through the use of AI technology, but also can replace people to complete a number of dangerous or complex tasks, and thus improve people's work efficiency. At the same time, AI  technology has greatly promoted the progress of computer network technology. The emergence of AI has undoubtedly brought great convenience to human life and improved people's quality of life. We have a wide variety of recreational activities, also saves a lot of housework burden, with a lot of extra time, these are the advantages of AI in the future development. But at the same time, there are pitfalls. Stephen Hawking has said that the development of AI is a threat to humanity. He said : "Humans, who are limited by slow biological evolution, couldn't compete and would be superseded"(2014). Now that there are plenty of self-learning AI examples out there, are they really under human control  Can humans really trust AI when their ability to learn and self-renew is so much faster than ours  We've seen a lot of science fiction movies about AI destroying humanity in the future, which suggests that the underlying fear is real, and that when the age of superai comes along, none of us can predict what kind of world we're going to face. Still, there are plenty of scientists who are optimistic that they, too, will overcome these problems as technology advances. We don't have to think about the distant future, but the social problems caused by AI have already begun to emerge, that is, a lot of jobs have been replaced by machines, and as AI continues to grow, that number will continue to grow, more and more ordinary people are losing their jobs. The government should issue relevant policies to balance the employment issue, in line with the Times people must find a new employment model. This is the flip side of AI development.

All in all, Ai has made a huge difference in human life, and the technology still has great uncertainties and infinite possibilities, and we should still have a positive attitude to meet the challenges of the future.

After discussion, members of our team believe that AI will be applied more widely and develop more rapidly in the future, and it will cooperate with the application of big data to match and screen more intelligently, so as to provide better service to everyone. But at the same time, whether AI products collect too much personal information, such privacy data can easily be stolen and abused on the network, which is a problem we need to be vigilant about in the future.
